Loving Yogis February Challenge!! I am very excited to begin this challenge, especially because I need to force myself to fall back into good habits, beginning with my beloved, and well-missed daily yoga practice. With the help of this challenge, I intend to not only fall back into good habits of eating right and exercise, but also to gain some body positivity, because I have been in desperate need lately!
I started a little late so here are the poses for February 1, 2 and 3:
2/1 - Mountain Pose
2/2 - Wild Things Pose (fun and a little challenging!!)
2/3 - Revolved Seated Forward Fold (I had a difficult time with this one, especially due to my hiatus from yoga for a few months. In good time!)
